A good friend of mine is the guru for some of the most hilarious catchphrases , the go to ,the one very much updated with gen Z’ lingos.

You do you!!( YDY)

The term is unisex or could as well be binary too.

Let's do it in the positive context instead of the shade.

Let’s take a moment and ask ourselves are we fulfilling life , being honestly us, are we embodying the spirit of you do you?

What stopping us from being us and living our true life?

People will always talk about others non stop and myself included.

The great Socrates reminded us that talking about others’ lives and behaviours as the lowest form of conversation.

And I did that many times.

One can argue it's probably better to be talked about than nobody actually cared about.

Why lying to yourself living for others for so long? giving up to society norms and expectations?

Isn’t it much easier to be 100% us rather than constantly putting a mask on for approval for acceptance.

Life is performance they said but who are you performing for?

The spirit of "you do you" liberate us to be fearless , trusting the divine instinct to live fullest independently acording to our own values and beliefs but never to the flawed endless societal do and donts.

“ You do you” don’t bother about others opinions or shades.

'You do you 'empowers us to make our own choices on life paths which might not be typical to the mainstream idea or views.

This reenforces that everyone' journey is unique and perfect on its own.

Last May , I turned 360 and embarked on my own journey and embraced all the petrifying uncertainties.

Am no longer dancing to the same song.

I keep pushing and living even though I have no idea where’s my am going.

For now I trust god’ intelligence.

The path will show.

We are the god the universe experiencing life.

If each of us is merely copycat to others then we defeated our own very nature and purpose.

Be uniquely and authentically you.

Lets celebrate all the differences and diversities and be truly honestly us .
