For those in the know,
this is our time,
What is exactly time?
If Big Bang was the beginning then time exist roughly 13.8 billions years ago.
Its complex, confusing but truly fascinating subject because we are still very much divided about it.
Some say, time is illusion, simply a man made construct that provides the framework how we live and give value/meaning to our life.
Some say time prevent everything from happening all at once.
Einstein defined time as what the clock measures but that's according to ya mighty Einstein.
In some emerging theories, consciousness is the fundamental of time, space and matter.
Time is our 4th dimension making up the space time dimension as proposed by Einstein which are widely accepted nowadays.
A recent Canadian theory, Kletetescha' mathematical model suggested time is actually 3 dimensional and space is actually the byproduct of time.
Face palm!
I do enjoy learning about and very much intrigued by time.
Am nervous talking about her.
I probably a little too ambitious in my take on this one.
Whats is your thought on time?
To me it's subjective depending on which angle or perspective we are looking at it.
We have the objective mathematical time and the subjective living time.
Time is widely accepted as a linear progression, moving forward from the past, present and future.
Some believes its actually spiral instead of the traditional view of time as a continuous flow.
Time as both linear and cyclical progression where over time we experience recurring themes and patterns in life.
The spiral serves as the golden opportunity to redeem ourselves allowing acceptance and forgiveness.
The time master,Julian Barbour, world renowned British theoretical physicist and time connoisseur for more than 30 years in his book, The End of Time stated that time and motion don't exist but rather the illusion from us experiencing the different "nows"
All the infinite 'nows' are existing in the universe and we are experiencing different experiences at the different "nows."

Einstein 's relativity posits time affected by speed and gravity in which time slow down where there is weaker gravitational pull( space vs earth surface)
It’s very minisqule meaning in day to day life we hardy feel much of the effects because we are on the earth surface.
Remember the twin paradox , one twin in the space and another one on earth.
The twin on earth aged faster than the one on the space because gravity is stronger on the earth surface . Time passes more slowly in weaker gravity ( further away).
Atomic clocks in motions on aeroplanes and satellites run slower due to time dilation.
Our GPS time have to be calibrated to a constant to cancel out the differences.
In quantum mechanics, some quantum theories can be formulated without explicitly including time, suggesting time might be emergent property rather than fundamental demension.
It could be emergent property from the interactions of more fundamental quantum systems.
In our daily experience,
Sometimes we feel time fly away and sometime not so much.
Everybody is all excited , smiling and happy when it comes to Friday but then it’s suddenly back to Monday again.
Where did the weekend gone?
Our perception of time is subjective despite the fact every day we have the same 24 hours ,1440 minutes and 86400seconds!.
That’s our measurable mathematical time.
Mathematical time doesn't seem to co relate to the more perplexing living time.
As if time behaving similar to reality ,which is affected by one' consciousness.
When we are busy , time zip away.
When I was smoking, time felt pretty normal initially but maybe after 0300 then it zipped away leaving me behind trying to squeeze in some sleep, getting ready for work and catching my bus.
The weekend itself always feels like a scam because the 2 days off simply gone like nothing.
When I was busy at work , sometimes the day went fast but usually took forever to finish especially when I was doing on call.
And when we are quiet, time goes slow.
Is it?
I think its not quite really.
There are times when I just did nothing but it still flying.
Like time is subjective to the observer.
As I embracing the journey, I feel time slow down.
As if when you not fixated by time, it waits for you.
Am a lot more tuned into the moment in the presence .
Am no longer bounded by the time in the sense I have to do this and that , meet datelines, meetings and etc.
Life for once no longer feels rushed or forced.
Am no longer chasing time.
A true meaning of living, the freedom to do what I want to do at my own time and not whatever loop I was stuck on .
We are not meant to be chasing time and we simply cant.

Time definately well spent but does it actually slowed down?
And I did way more in a day compare to my typical day before this journey.
Whats very interesting to me is despite doing all that , I still have plenty of time.
I went to bed early just now, woke up well rested but to my surprise its only 2130 . It feels as if I have slept through the whole night.
There were 2 occasions where I strongly believe its a day ahead but somehow it still day behind.
I could just had a very good sleep as one full sleep cycle takes about 90 minutes.
Me getting the day mixed up likely because I cared lot less about the days now as am no longer working.
My question is, is it possible to experience time dilatation here where we are on the earth surface ?
Does consciousness affect our time perception?
To me consciousness is a form of light and any changes will affect our time perception .
I watched excellent Astrum' vid on YouTube the other night talking about time . I remembered one of the graph shown was time ( Y axis) versus velocity( X axis).
He basically merged 3D space into one plane and added time dimension 90 degree to that.
Light travel the fastest at 3000000 km/sec.
The faster we move in space the slower we move in time.
If we looking at the series of the graphs, time slow down as velocity increases with the max time dilation achieved at the speed of light.

Of course my nose was bleeding yesterday trying to make sense of it.
Halfway through, I had to stop because of information overload, I lost.
But tonight I think I got the answer or rather my interpretation based on my daily experience anyway which you could probably relate too.
Let me combine both science and spirituality together.
Nothing can travel faster than light .
As the consciousness rises the velocity increases towards that speed of light leading to time dilatation.
French philosopher and Noble prize winner, Henri Bergson stated that time is not just mere linear progression but rather a continuous flow of experiences tied to human consciousness. He called this as the living time .
Very interesting.
Julian Barbour’ idea on time is equally interesting as well. There’s simply no time but just the sense of time passage constructed by our mind from experiencing the different “nows”. All the infinite “nows” are existing( there is no past, present and future).
That’s made so much sense to me because in mindfulness the only one that’s matter is the present moment. If every versions of us including the one with the life we desired is existing all around us then all we have to do is to tune in just like the radio frequencies.
Consciousness is divine and not simply the byproduct of the brain.
Descartes sees consciousness as the essence of the mind, 'I think therefore am' or 'Cogito ergo sum'
He viewed consciousness and the body as separate substances or the mind body dualism.
Consciousness cant be explained in term of space perspective.
Children with severely undeveloped congenital brain anomaly such as anencephaly can exhibit signs of consciousness challenging traditional ideas that consciousness require fully developed cortex.
I supposed just like the reality , we don't really know whats time is.
We have some insights on time but nothing is definite .
I hope to understand more about time as my journey continues.
