The Love Of My Life

I woke up from a lovely afternoon nap, its only 1500 but the cloudy sky made it felt like its much later.

Maybe unknown to many, the period right after we wake up is said to be a very productive time to harness clarity, creativity and ideas.

I remember reading a short article on Albert Einstein who was said to treasure the hypnogogic state considerably by taking a nap sitting on a chair while holding a key between his fingers.

When the key drops on the floor he will wakeup and continue with his work.

He eventually gave us Theory of Relativity, both special and general relativity.

In Malay, we call the golden period as mamai or " groggy" the best English translation that i could think off.

In our culture, mamai considered something rather negative than the positive contrary to the benefits mentioned above.

It simply means you didnt sleep enough or slept at the wrong time such as at the sun down which is very much discouraged.

In my case,i just slept on my comfy bed and woke up to my body clock without any alarm set or key on my hand .

I wont hear the key drops anyway lol.

Its beautiful refreshing sleep ,am sure did the whole deeper sleep and REM cycle as i could faintly remember i was dreaming as well.

This morning i watched Rumi talked about self love.

I was intrigued when he said, "There is an area between right doings and wrong doings and I will meet you there"

I never heard of that one. Beautiful.

The narrator explained that to love fully we must love beyond human perception of right and wrong.

He also advocated self love as the fundamental.

And the ultimate love is the love of god which is all around us.

I couldn't agree more with Rumi,

And that solidified following my restful nap.

Love to god as the highest the purest.

Nothing else can compare.

To you my garden will never be enough.

To god am worthy even when am at my lowest.

Forget seeking your twin flame.

The idea of love i was wrong.

All that is needed is the love of god the greatest of all.

Look inside .

Find god in your heart.

Am I still hurting?

No, this is written from a place of peace and love.

I long forgave myself and others.

I learnt self love so i respect myself.

I put boundary as far as my eyes can see.

When you returned to god you are loved and blessed with beautiful inner peace.

Am complete and shall not seek the lesser love.

Nobody can love me like the beloved.

The ultimate love beyond the right doings and the wrong doings.

And there is no deserving mortal i could love as much.
