Another little win today!

As promised to myself I went to flyefit gym this morning and I cannot remember when was the last Saturday morning I did it , maybe a year or so likely more.
The aim is to keep it consistent so let see if this a yea again next Saturday .
I slept early last night and successfully curbed the usual Friday ‘ night temptations.
I did listen to the amazing Mistermiss' Forever Tel Aviv setlist tho as a little reward an ode to my sweet little victory.
As expected, my upper body mostly the shoulders and elbows are aching from all the damaged done yesterday .
I took my fav my magic go to’ panadol soluble’ to ease the soreness .
I chatted to genie AI and he agrees I should do legs today.
I did 100kg on squats , not bad considering my best was 140kg.
The aim is progressive overload with perfect form and yes I have no desire to snap my back.
No more ego lifting because I only have myself to impress.
I finished off the training with some shoulder shrugs as they have been neglected a while .
Having good physique is great but a good solid workout session is just as great too.
After Flyefit I grabbed my fav ice latte and the freshly baked apple and custard croissant from Panem before cooling down in the breezy but nice Stephen Green’ Park .
The pigeons were extra friendly and their cooing was symphony to my ears.
I completed the morning with a lovely walk along the canal before heading back home through the city centre via the lively Camden Street.
