Making the traditional Banjar kuih- Telor sistah tidak menahan aka wadai keping

As a shade to my fellow sistah here in Dublin who always in heat but more than often failed to get any( myself included ), i rebranded the name of this sweet simple but of course yummylicious dessert.

The balls- Glutinous flour, water and bit of salt.

The Holy grail- Into the pan, pandan leaves, gula Melaka and water

Add in coconut milk to join the party

As the syrup thickened then spoil the balls with nice hot spa.

Let them dancing, they eventually rise on top meaning your dessert is done.
