Everyday is opportunity for learning and unlearning.
As my own journey unfolding, I like to share some tips to lighten up yours.
If you finding your way home, here are my top 3, dos and dont to help you through.
Solitude
This is active conscious positive empowerment contrary to the negative loneliness. In the silence and stillness we face ourself our shadows ,reconnect with god and eventually and hopefully remember the long forgotten self.
Treasure your own company and embrace the solitude.
Forget the social media.
Take a decent break from the social media and put the phone, TV, radio or any smart devices aside.
Say bye to earphones and headphones .
The brain is the powerful tuner, downloading the external noises subconsciously.
We dont really need AI. They sadly flawed and mostly corrupted.
Delete those social media or dating apps and you will do yourself big favour.
In my own experience, there are too many liars online who will try to confuse, deceive and knock you off your path. Lots of lies and misinformation which can cause huge confusion and frustration especially when we are new into spirituality.
Most spirituality contents landed on my social media feeds are either lies or wrong.
I was fooled but don't worry god will show you through them lies.
Rumi’ poetry and Tao Te Ching by Lao Tzu are the only 2 great references that I would recommend.
Both written ancient years ago but will forever be our treasures.
Keep it private and special between just you and god.
Spend generous time and re connect with nature.
Be mindful and cautious with others opinions including mine.
Always trust your heart your instinct when you in doubt.
Be honestly truly you.
This one took me a while to really understood.
We don't have to be perfect but to be authentically us because we are worthy.
Us in the sense our light and shadow are balanced in harmony.
We have to tend to our dark side too which is the equally important part of us that make us complete.
