Everyday is opportunity for learning and unlearning.
As my own journey unfolding, I should share some very important helpful advises.
If you planning or on your journey home, here are my top 3 tips to navigate through-
Solitude- This is active conscious positive empowerment contrary to the negative loneliness. In the silence and stillness we face ourself our shadow ,reconnect with god and eventually and hopefully find our true self.
Treasure your own company and embrace the solitude.
Forget the social media.
If you serious in your journey, take a break from the social media put the phone, TV, radio or any smart devices aside.
Say bye to earphones and headphones .
The brain is the tuner, downloading the external noises subconsciously.
We dont really need AI. They sadly mostly corrupted.
Delete those social media or dating apps and you will do yourself big favour.
In my own experience, there are too many liars around who will try to confuse, deceive and knock you off your path. Lots of lies and misinformation which can cause huge confusion and frustration especially when we are new into spirituality.
Most contents i found on social media( TikTok, facebook or instagram) are either lies or wrong.
Are they deepfake ? Highly yes!
Rumi’ poetry and Tao Te Ching by Lao Tzu are the only 2 great references that I would recommend.
Both written ages ago and still the hold the merit.
Keep it private and special between just you and god.
Spend generous time and re connect with nature.
Be mindful and cautious with others opinions including mine.
Always trust your heart your instinct when you in doubt.
Be honestly truly you.
This one took me a while to really understood.
We don't have to be perfect but to be authentically us because we are beautiful we are enough and we are worthy.
Us in the sense our light and shadow are balanced in harmony.
We have to tend to our dark side too which is the equally important part of us that make us complete.
