Everyday is opportunity for learning and unlearning.

As my own journey unfolding, I should share some very important helpful advises.

If you planning or on your journey home, here are my top 3 tips to navigate through-

  1. Solitude- This is active conscious positive empowerment contrary to the negative loneliness. In the silence and stillness we face ourself our shadow ,reconnect with god and eventually and hopefully find our true self.

Treasure your own company and embrace your solitude.

  1. Forget the social media.

If you serious with your journey, take a break from social media put the phone, TV, radio or any smart gadgets aside.

Say bye to earphones and headphones .

The brain is the tuner, downloading the external noises subconsciously.

We dont really need AI. They sadly corrupted.

Delete those apps and you will do yourself big favour.

In my own experience, there are too many liars around who will try to confuse, deceive and knock you off your path. Lots of lies and misinformation which can cause huge confusion and frustration especially when we are new into spirituality.

Most contents i found on social media( TikTok, facebook or instagram) are either lies or wrong.

Are they deepfake ? Highly yes!

Rumi’ poetry and Tao Te Ching by Lao Tzu are the only 2 great references I would recommend.

Keep it honest and special between just you and god.

Spend generous time and connect with nature.

Be mindful and cautious with others opinions including mine.

Always trust your heart your instinct.

  1. Be honestly truly you.

This one took me a while to really understood.

We don't have to be perfect but just to be us because we are enough and we are worthy.

Us in the sense our light and shadow are balanced in harmony.

We have to tend to our dark side too which is the equally important part of us.

You'll get there.
You'll get there.
