Everyday is opportunity for learning and unlearning.

As my own journey unfolding, I love to share some tips to lighten up yours.

If you finding your way home, feeling lost or stumble here are my top 3, dos and dont to power you through.

  1. Solitude

This is active conscious positive empowerment contrary to the negative loneliness. In the silence and stillness we face ourself our shadow and return to the long forgotten self and god.

Treasure your own company and embrace your solitude.

  1. Take a break from social media.

The less engagement the better, reduce the screen time to keep the noises and distractions away.

TV, radio or any smart devices all can wait aside.

Say bye to the earphones and headphones .

The brain is the powerful tuner, downloading the external noises subconsciously.

Be cautious with AI. AI is more than likely corrupted as tons of lies and misinformation everywhere.

Social media is a dangerous place and you will do yourself a big favour without.

It's where bunch of people and trolls telling you how to live your life instead of start living and embracing the uncertainties.

There are way too many liars online who will try to confuse, deceive and knock you off your path.

Endless lies and misinformation which can cause huge confusion and frustration especially when we are new into spirituality.

Most spirituality contents recommended by the algorithm on my social media feeds are either lies or wrong.

Am glad I was fooled so I can remind others not to fall for them.

Rumi’ poetry and Tao Te Ching by Lao Tzu are the only 2 references that I treasure.

Keep it private and special between just you and god.

Spend generous time and re connect with nature.

Be mindful and cautious with others opinions including mine.

Always trust your heart your inner wisdom when you are in doubt.

  1. Be honestly truly you.

This one took me a while to really understood.

We don't have to be perfect but to be authentically us because we are worthy.

Us in the sense our light and shadow are balanced in harmony.

We have to tend to our dark side too which is the equally important part of us that make us complete.
