The relentless mind games

I long abandoned TikTok and Facebook but I do enjoyed YouTube and at the odd times some reels on the instagram. I used YouTube mainly for the music the fun travel, nature , food, wellness , and the philosophy contents as well.

The social media feeds we getting are dictated by the AI algorithm trained on massive data sets of user behavior in real time to curate highly personalised and addictive content feeds.

Is AI truly independent ?

I doubt it and very likely AI being manipulated for power and control just like the conservative media . I honestly skeptical with the AI powered social media. The one control the narrative control the perception /reality.

Even AI surprisingly agrees ,stating current AI is not truly independent as it relies entirely on human created data, infrastructure and explicit goals to function.

It is predicted by 2026 about 90% of online contents will be generated by AI.

I do have premium YouTube account but only used it on my phone and intentionally not on my laptop to save me from the AI curated feeds.

Personalised feeds are great but the contents recommended are very questionable.

One wrong click and you be flooded by them.

I also turned the history setting off otherwise double headache.

As expected there are still a lots of lies and misinformations on social media and of course they are everywhere on my feeds as well which I have to face repeatedly and spoken about in the past. It does feel like psychological war where AI is weaponised to create confusion and spread hidden agenda and propaganda . Overtime, it will only get worst if it isnt already. It is true that for the majority of us , there isn’t physical war to fight but its the mind games.

How thrustworty are the contents , the creators or even the platforms? Informations are easily accessible but not everything equal to truths. Are the informations and wisdoms presented taken from credible sources or come from the said scholars or thinkers and not simply deepfakes. The platforms surely know what coming in and out of their doors and one would wonder which side are they standing up for.

God is everything to me but its interesting that good number of the videos recommended to me hardly echo the same and likely aimed to cause confusion.

Don't you believe in god?

The ultimate god above all who been waiting for us dearly to remember.

My journey is beyond healing , I remembered myself and I came home. I always pray that god protect and guide me. I’m thankful that I have the peace my foundation is strong so am no longer easily misguided or deceived.

As the simple rule of thumb, God doesn’t need to talk to me or you through YouTube or social media as god always there in our hearts. If they talking about organised religion, good and evil , heaven and hell then they probably not for me. I'm no longer the baby learning to stand on his feet. Am aware but no longer as bothered by those lies and misinformation on the social media . Ignore them and they cant hurt you.

In the pursuit of knowledge something is gained everyday while in the pursuit of the Tao something is dropped or unlearned.
