Knock knock knock...
Vannakkam, buenas dias, bonjour!!

A lovely Friday morning , sun shining with birds flying all over across the sky.
Let's spread love and compassion .
We are always one.
Time for detok!
Time to reset.
It might not be easy but it worth a good solid try.
If you waiting for sign then your sign is here.
If you broken and can’t find the way out then by all means do it by heart.
For those sceptical why don’t you look inside and find your own answer.
1.Take a good decent break.
The world can wait.
The longer the better because we deserved it and if the job is hurting you then swallow the fear and call it quit.
Nothing is more important than our health and well being.
Embrace the solitude as in the silence we find us we find the way home.
Silent the noises and the distractions
-Protect the brain which is the antenna/tuner picking up external frequencies/noises conscious and more dangerously subconsciously.
-Time to revive our own forgotten divine frequency.
-We are energy and energy equal to vibration multiply by frequency.
-Overworked and wasted individuals are easier to be manipulated and controlled.
Quit the social media, all of them.
-Turn the notifications off.
- I deleted mine, no more TikTok, instagram and facebook.
- Bye to the toxic useless dating apps.
Put the phone aside
-keep the screen time to minimum as possible.
-Micro solitude is an easier option by setting few hours of free phone time daily
- Avoid the temptation checking phone first after waking up.
-I got a new number to focus and minimise distractions.
-I left my phone outside before going to sleep.
-Lets the body recalibrate and return to its natural bio clock.
No earphones, headphones,TV or radio.
-Again the brain is the downloader.
-Easy for me as I lost mine for months and never really a fan of TV or radio
-No smart devices, ie smart watches, speaker etc.
-Somebody might be listening and collecting your data.
3. Reconnect and recharge with nature
- Go out spend plenty of quality time with nature, eat well and explore your creativity or hobbies whatever your vibe is.
- Mindfulness activity such as yoga and meditation are excellence popular choice.
- I loved walking in the parks and bird watching. Sometimes I have breakfast and lunch there too.
- I took lots of lovely birds and flowers pics for my own amusement.
-Walking barefoot on the grass / beach , explore everything as if it's our first time , be curious and bring out that little kid inside us.
-There is so much to learn from nature.
4 Sleep well
-Sleep and rest are hugely important, it's our mandatory basic needs.
Good sleep is gold.
- Sleeping well helped me beat my addiction.
-Protect your sleep at all cost.

Embrace your forgotten divine frequency.
