Solitude is Solulu

Its time for solitude challenge.

Solitude definitely a life hack overlooked by many.

I didnt know about solitude until recently. I have always been a very private person to begin with.

Would you face yourself and embrace solitude?

Would you sit in the silence in your own company and reconnect with god and your true self?

Or will you give in to the noises and run for the comforts?

Everybody can do detok as previously discussed but a mini solitude is fun easy way to start with.

Rumi wisely said, " You cant escape yourself if you keep talking, there is only one way out, silence and silence again"
