Solitude is Solulu

Its time for solitude challenge.

Solitude definitely a life solution or hack overlooked by many.

When was your last solitude?

Would you sit quietly in your own company and reconnect with god with your true self?

Or will you give in to the noises and run for the comforts?

Everybody can do detok as previously discussed but a micro solitude is fun easy way to start with.
